Shipping Policy for Carbon Fiber Products

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation. For custom-made carbon fiber products (e.g., personalized parts, bulk orders), processing time may extend to 5-7 business days due to manufacturing requirements. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and select international destinations. International shipping availability varies by product (e.g., oversized items may have restrictions). For international orders, please check the product page or contact our customer service for details.

3. Domestic Shipping Options (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free for orders over $150; $9.99 flat rate for orders under $150.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $19.99 flat rate, regardless of order value.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $39.99 flat rate (available for most products; excludes oversized items like full carbon fiber panels).
Note: Shipping times are estimated and may be delayed due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high order volumes. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4. International Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
  • Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (varies by country/region).
  • Import Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.

5. Oversized/Heavy Items

Certain carbon fiber products (e.g., carbon fiber hoods, chassis components, or bulk orders) are classified as oversized/heavy. These items may require additional shipping fees and longer delivery times (5-10 business days for domestic, 14-30 days for international). You will be notified of any extra charges before your order is processed.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your package via the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) using this number. If tracking information is not updated within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us at Msnaile@outlook.com.

7. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: We can update your shipping address only if your order has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately at Msnaile@outlook.com with your order number and corrected address.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are subject to our Return Policy.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but not received, please check with your local carrier first. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.
  • Damaged Packages: Carbon fiber products are fragile. If your package arrives damaged, retain all packaging and products, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
