Carbon Fiber Products Shipping Policy

We are committed to ensuring your carbon fiber products are delivered safely and on time. Thank you for choosing Msnaile!

1. Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Custom carbon fiber products (e.g., personalized parts, bulk orders) may require an extended processing time of 5-7 business days due to production requirements. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and select international destinations. International shipping availability varies by product (e.g., oversized items may have restrictions).

3. U.S. Domestic Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days):
  • Free shipping on orders
Note: Shipping times are estimated and may be delayed due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high order volume. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party carriers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your package on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) using this number. If tracking information is not updated within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us at Msnaile@outlook.com.

5. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • Address Changes: We can only update your shipping address if your order has not yet shipped. Please send an email to Msnaile@outlook.com immediately with your order number and corrected address.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested before shipment. After shipment, order cancellations are subject to our return policy.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please first contact the local courier for inquiry. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us for assistance within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Damaged Packages: Carbon fiber products are fragile. If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and the product, then contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
