Return Policy for Carbon Fiber Products

1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 365 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• The product is unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, labels, and documentation).
• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival (see Section 3 for details).
• The item received is incorrect (e.g., wrong model, size, or color) due to our error.
Note: Custom-made carbon fiber products (e.g., personalized parts, bulk orders, or items modified to your specifications) are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Used or installed carbon fiber products (e.g., parts that have been mounted on a vehicle, cut, or altered).
• Custom or personalized items (as noted above).
• Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, accidents, or neglect.
• Items without original packaging or missing components.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your carbon fiber product arrives defective, damaged, or with manufacturing flaws:
• Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
• We will assess the damage and provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement at no cost.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email our customer service at Msnaile@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
2. Wait for approval: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Package the item securely: Use the original packaging if possible. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item: For approved returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring high-value items.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery), we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
• Exchanges: If you request an exchange (e.g., for a different size/model), we will ship the replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Restocking Fees
• A 15% restocking fee will apply to non-defective items returned without our error (e.g., change of mind). This fee covers processing, repackaging, and restocking costs.
• No restocking fee for defective items, incorrect shipments, or exchanges.
