Return Policy for Carbon Fiber Products

1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 365 days of delivery under the following conditions:
β’ The product is unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, labels, and documentation).
β’ The product is defective or damaged upon arrival (see Section 3 for details).
β’ The item received is incorrect (e.g., wrong model, size, or color) due to our error.
Note: Custom-made carbon fiber products (e.g., personalized parts, bulk orders, or items modified to your specifications) are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
β’ Used or installed carbon fiber products (e.g., parts that have been mounted on a vehicle, cut, or altered).
β’ Custom or personalized items (as noted above).
β’ Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, accidents, or neglect.
β’ Items without original packaging or missing components.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your carbon fiber product arrives defective, damaged, or with manufacturing flaws:
β’ Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
β’ We will assess the damage and provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement at no cost.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Wait for approval: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Package the item securely: Use the original packaging if possible. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item: For approved returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring high-value items.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
β’ Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery), we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
β’ Exchanges: If you request an exchange (e.g., for a different size/model), we will ship the replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.Β
6. Restocking Fees
β’ A 15% restocking fee will apply to non-defective items returned without our error (e.g., change of mind). This fee covers processing, repackaging, and restocking costs.
